Dr. Isabel Peña-Rey is a PhD in Medicine and Surgery, a specialist in Family and Community Medicine, a Master in Public Health and a diploma in Public Health and Gender. She is a civil servant, and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare within public, regional, state and European administrations. Nowadays is the Executive Director of the Spahisn Food Safety and Nutrition Agency
